What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our Lamborghini/ Rolls- Royce/ McLaren team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment!

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Prepare and build claims in manufacturer systems, ensuring labor operation codes, parts, and labor amounts are accurate and align with DMS.
  • Scan and attach all supporting documentation to required systems.
  • Submit completed claims for approval and track them through processing and payment.
  • Open and manage Workshop Visits and Job Cards, ensuring all related documents and photos are properly uploaded.
  • Prepare vehicles for Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) processing by verifying required documentation and submitting necessary forms.
  • Confirm customer data is accurate and up to date in each brand’s dealer systems and that supporting documentation is attached.
  • Complete and submit mobility documentation and warranty-related forms as required.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all submitted claims, documents, and approvals.
  • Communicate with internal departments (parts, technicians, and advisors) to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of service files.
  • Assist Service Advisors with administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and general department support.
  • Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer compliance standards for accuracy and completeness.
