What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group’s Porsche San Francisco dealership is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment!

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Ensuring guests are comfortable and greeted in a timely manner

  • Providing excellent customer service skills to high-end clientele, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, all while stocking and maintaining snack and beverage supply

  • Work with all service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction index score is achieved

  • Play an integral part in helping ensure both Sales and Service departments are meeting monthly satisfaction index scores

  • Assist Service Manager, Sales Manager(s) and General Manager with tasks as needed

  • Assist the Porsche Center in events held on- and off premise

  • Cashier service and boutique customers when needed

  • Answer the phone when the receptionist is not available

  • Cross train receptionist(s) on daily responsibilities

  • Fulfill and maintain training requirements and certifications from both indiGO as well as Porsche

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Previous customer service experience in luxury retail preferred

  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction

  • Friendly and inviting phone presence

  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail

  • Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality

  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Pay for this role is $25 - $28 per hour. Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity.
