What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Porsche Warranty Administrator to join our team located at Porsche North Houston. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Process warranty claims
  • Verifies the manufacturer’s or supplier’s criteria
  • Authorizes all warranty claims
  • Completes the documents required to process the claims, forwards them to the manufacturer/supplier, and follows up
  • Ensures that the amounts claimed to correspond to the criteria of the manufacturer/supplier
  • Follows up on claims to obtain prompt payment
  • Completes pre-authorization applications in contentious cases, forwards them to the manufacturer/supplier, and follows up
  • Identifies exceptional cases which may result in special agreements with the manufacturer/supplier; completes the required documents and follows up
  • Analyses claims denied by the manufacturer/supplier and, if applicable, re-submits them as soon as possible or obtains authorization to cancel them
  • Ensures that clients are invoiced for uncovered and unauthorized claims
  • Analyzes and reviews credits (amounts claimed which must be defrayed by the dealer

This opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Warranty Administrator (for any brand) required
  • Willing to learn different car brands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and diligent
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • A clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
