What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Barista to join our Porsche North Houston team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Craft exceptionally delicious beverages for our customers
• Create beautiful latte art
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service
• Actively create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items

• A friendly and inviting presence, coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Understanding on how to create and maintain customer satisfaction through focusing on quality and taking pride in your work
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Previous barista experience required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
