What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group's Cavallino Rosso dealership is seeking a full-time Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team in our state-of-the-art facility. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Work with salespeople daily to assist with their working prospects as well as prospecting for future business
  • Develop a strong demand on Pre-Owned cars in line with new cars sales growth and generate business opportunities for New cars sales
  • Manage the pre-owned vehicle sales desk in an efficient and productive manner focusing on the customer’s needs and time considerations
  • Starting from the execution sales plan and sales TGT, define efforts in terms of volumes of Pre-Owned Ferrari and Non-Ferrari cars to be acquired, sources, and reconditioning requirements
  • Define sales plan based on Ferrari TGT and dimensioned according to new car sales and customer units in operation
  • Organize and manage a dedicated area for Pre-owned in showroom
  • Utilize CRM to record all opportunities and ensure proper follow up is completed
  • Manage and maintain an adequate inventory of pre-owned vehicles
  • Utilize market-based pricing tools
  • Assist in weekly training of salespeople regarding sales processes, inventory, and ongoing customer satisfaction efforts
  • Prepare documents and paperwork for the business office accurately
  • Report sales progress daily to GM

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Minimum of two years pre-owned vehicle sales management experience
  • Luxury automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
